Water entry points

Hello everyone,

A while back I realised I had quite a bad leak somewhere in my car, the passenger side carpet was completely soaked underneath. I discovered I had a broken drain pipe so I thought this could be the cause. I fixed that but then I went away for a couple of months and now I am back I have also realised the door membrane seems to have a small leak. I am going to fix this when it is not raining (ordered some butyl tape to attempt to repair existing membrane).

What I would like to ask is if anyone knows where else water can come into the car? I believe the front scuttle is clear however I will double check this. Really need to sort this issue out as I can't get about in the rain at all at the moment :( any help would be appreciated!
 
Usual places are door membrane, worn rubber seals around door frame, scuttle which can get clogged with leave and then blocked roof drains which then overflow and can get into car behind seats. And of course if you leave roof down when its raining.

Okay thanks Mike. Once I get the membrane fixed I will check all the other things. I am just worried that even once it's fixed, there will still be a leak which I can't pin down
 
My E86 had ingress, noticed after it was delivered by the main dealer. It was coming from the rubber windscreen seal, that had split at the corner. I found that strange as the window is bonded, but replacing the rubber (and screen) fixed the issue.
