Water droplets in fog light

Hi all,
Spotted this today. Not had the car for long and TBH may have had that from when I collected it. The light does work. There are no cracks or anything in the plastic. Any thoughts please? How do I remove it to wipe it up? Would it cause an MOT failure (due in March)?

BTW - Car is not that dirty normally! Got splatted with cr** on way back from work!

Unfortunately this is a common 'feature' of most of our face-lift Zed fogs - including mine :(
No worries for MOT, but as for cleaning and replacing it will just mist up again.
Some members have gone to the extreme of drilling tiny holes on the underside of the Perspex, which is suppose to de-mist them:
