It does seem that way John. In the UK the following list shows those people that are most vulnerable and needed the 2010 equality and disability act to protect them. Good idea? There is an old saying, give them an inch and they will pinch a mile. There is one group that has never been on the list, so doesn't need protecting. Can you guess what it is?
