The limited edition Oris i had spotted but i don't like the way the crown / adjuster is on the opposite side
Nice Carrera though Lux , what did you swap it for ?

If I buy a watch I tend to keep hold of it, so that offer of 10% down and interest free credit from Beaverbrooks would probably sway it for me :)

I don't sell my watches so it would be a keeper & int free credit appeals to some extent although £250 dearer than the Tenerife option so not really  )

I really liked that about it, and like the red detail better than the orange.

A Monaco.

Yea i like the details but it just looks odd :?
This one is a cracking buy at the money for a small seconds edition but the strap aint for me & don't really want the divers version with 2 crown's :(

Nice choice.

I'm on my second Christopher Ward and I will be going down the Oris route next time.

Funny you say that, I was thinking about Oris too

Me too , footwork & homework done on the Oris Aquis date , now the dilemma of where & when to pull the trigger
: these are all new prices
Beaverbrooks Manchester will do £1050 down from £1170 (can handle, try & walk away with watch :) )

Amazon £990 delivered from reputable online seller ( warranty coukld be a faff ? & they don't have the orange dial version )

Tenerife / Priced last month at £800 from high end watch shop that my pal bought his Breitling from (he won't be going back until late Jan so i would have to wait :( )

Or a couple of 18month old ones private sale around £800 :? 2 straps with this one but i would only use the metal one in reality

any thoughts watch fans ??

I am arguably more risk averse than others, but I would be going to Beaverbrooks and paying the extra 60 quid for the easy warranty peace of mind.

Nice choice either way :)

I have a watch for sale a
longines £650
reason I selling it is because I've just bought a bretling watch for a bit of money

Just realised this is the thread that got me properly looking into Oris and then a couple of weeks later I ended up buying one that came up at a too good to miss price on another forum.... Forums are bloody expensive places!
