Washer reservoir leaking any ideas?

Hi Guys

I have just noticed my warning light for low water in the washers has started coming on often now, I filled it up recently and have hardly used them but the light is on again, I have also put two and two together and realised that the small pool of water I always see underneath the front fog light must be where the water is leaking from.

So has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have any ideas where I should check first as I am not great with this sort of thing : )

If you have headlamp wash its either one of the washers or as in my case a split hose connecting to the washer.
 
I don't have headlamp washers, I suppose I will have to stick my head under and see if anything has split if I can find where it all is : )
