Washer pump A6D3

Hi i have fault A6D3 on bmw z4 e89 its intermitent and i have now changed pump
And jbl junction box re coded back in still have fault they work get code after a few pulls and is dead no volts to it turn off car then on its ok for a bit then it gets code A6D3 any ideas or help please
