Washer Jet Hose

Afternoon,

if the garage that refitted my bumper have incorrectly routed the washer jet hose (it's visible through the grills) and now the left hand washer does not fire water, is there a way of disconnecting and re-routing without removing the bumper? or is it easiest way to remove the bumper? I suspect it has a kink in it and the route needs smoothing out.

how long should a bumper removal take please? don't see why I should do it but it has already been back to the place once to be taken off as they broke one of the clips, so I am not minded to return again!

Front took me 25-30 minutes first time (finding my way around and taking extra care) but now comes off in 10 minutes or so.

Same time, although first time will take longer as you'll need to take TI,e over lining up the gaps.
