Washer fluid

In my infinite wisdom I decided to fill up the washer fluid in the dark. Couldn’t find the bloody cap could I!??!
20 mins later I’ve done it. I’m stubborn. ;)
 
I find the location of the cap is a bit awkward. I'm not a particularly tall people but I need to bend forward and hide my head underneth the bonnet when filling and it guarantee that my head will hit the bonnet after the re-filling is done. Maybe I'm also too stubborn to change my washer fluid filling up posture. :headbang: :headbang:

Is it different from mine? It’s on the side of the bonnet. Very easy access. Just couldn’t see it!
 
It's the same place. Just a bit too close to the bonnet hinge so there isn't too much space. It is quite easy to access but I usually want to have top down view when re-filling, which means my head is below the bonnet.
 
I must admit the first time I came to refill I couldn't find it and had to sheepishly look in the manual....... Nicely away from the engine!

Thing is the manual doesn’t actually say where it is! Maybe I missed that in the manual too.
It’s the first car I have which it isn’t in the actual engine bay. I prefer where it is as it’s much easier to fill without spilling on some belts or something.

Btw. Service inclusive includes washer fluid. ;)

The first time I put my ///MR on charge, it took my daughter about 30 seconds to google it. :thumbsup: But only after I had spent 20mins scratching my head and cursing BMW. :oops: :roll:
 
I only found it by looking for engine images on Google. Nearly filled the radiator fluid with windscreen washer stuff. :cry:
