Washed the car today

Had some minor terrors...one kid riding his bike straight for the car trying to stop by.......You guessed it, putting his shoes to the ground....Yeah I got worried. His parents yelled at him. Took me about 2 hours....dang Rims. The earths rotation being what it is made me finish after dark, so i'm sure the front half won't look as good as the back half.

And yes there is a point to this post...

So apparently in my 11 years of driving this ONE time I wasn't paying attention...kinda tired, well anyways i hooked a curb, put a nice set of scratches/gouges on the rim, nothing else damaged. So ya'll know of any good way to smooth out the gouge? It's not that deep, but sure didn't want to get clean...

Many places will do wheel repair. Check it out at a body shop and compare prices.

Wishing I could wash my car....the development or someone must have removed the hose and reel since i washed it last weekend.....kinda threw me when i walked up all ready to wash it.

Have to consider buying and storing it myself or "letting" someone else wash it for me. I'd rather do it myself then have someone in my car scratching the seats, etc.....do i sound like a geek?

I haven't washed mine yet. I was waiting for them to do it at the 1200 mile service but they were too busy.

Guess I'll have to do it before the 15,000 at some point :D

Nah Rosie, I have the same feelings. I might let someone detail it for me sometime though. Though I do an adequate job of that myself.

Actually I noticed while waxing today, that I must of driving behind someone with dust/gravel or something getting kicked up. My front bumper has a ton of small nicks. I guess this means I should go get that M bumper huh?
I don't know if it would easier for me to touch up paint those or just go get it repainted. Hmm I wonder if I could get insurance to pay for it

Well at any rate, that + my wheel = sad panda :(

But I still have the car and she is looking damn fine. Now to go find the ladies!

The bumper expert is SOCAL, i believe she's on number 3 bumper.

Thinking I'll go buy a hose and nozzle and set myself up.......

Nahh, my favorite is the old standby "That's what she said". I try to be a little less direct, I like making people think sometimes.
