Was 'Sterling' the only grey colour?

Was 'Sterling' the only grey colour?
I have Googled this but I cant even find Sterling Grey listed
If I drive a grey 2004 Z4, does it mean It must be in Sterling Grey??
Or are there others - Graphite grey / Gunmetal grey or any other wacky name
 
Correct, sort of. Olivin was also grey with a very slight hint of green. Then followed by Silver Grey and Stratus Grey for the facelift.
 
Ok thanks for that pvr / dpg - I thought there must be a Gunmetal grey. A couple of hard tops on ebay listed as Gunmetal
I wonder if these have been resprayed. Could have been
In fact, its unusual to see cars listed as Sterling. Doesn't help that the hardtops always look a different shade to the car
 
Hmm.... This one is Sterling and actually looks Sterling. The others look a different colour

The last one looks like the car Mr Wilks sold. That is SG, not gunmetal - that is just the description of someone who does not know.
