Sorry if this has been previously covered, but after waiting over a week for BMW to get back to me I thought you guys could shed some light on the issue.

I am interested in adding the eisenmann exhaust and the gruppe m induction to my m///.
The question is, how will this affect my warranty and what happens when i come to renew it?

they won't obviously cover your exhaust, but also possibly your engine?

There is a BMW bulletin to do with certain checks, and one of them is relating to any change to the air inlet system:

Knowing insurance and warranty companies, I'd imagine they look for any reason at all not to pay out.
