Warranty expiry check

Hi guys warranty on my MR is expiring at the end of the month, i was speaking to the dealer as it went in for MOT which it passed wihout nay problem- I was told I could have a "Warranty expiry check" at £35 and any problems can be sorted under warranty. Has anyone had anything like this done. What do u recommend. cheers
 
Mine did it for free, then told me nothing qualified - the next week they called me to ask when they book it in for the work, knowing full well i now had to pay for it to be done.

That wasn't a polite phone call...
 
i have a funny feeling i paid this, allbeit i got discount for something else to make it free - & as you're local - is it Rybrook in Worcs?

I apparently had leaks on my diff which were rectified.
 
I got warranty check and MOT for £54. Hull dealership.

Only found what I told them though. Are you looking at extended warranty? I am looking. Click4warranty cheapest but I noticed my first oil service was 6 months late. I suspect if I tried to claim they would spot it an refuse cover. £527 from BMW per annum seams a lot though. Decisions Decisions.
 
The cheapest i have got like to like is from warranty wise but i found out my dealer charges £105/hr labour whereas With warrantywise its only £35/hr but can extend it up if needed which means more money. Instead of paying 1k for waranty i'm thinkng perhaps get a warranty expiry check and then pray for good luck
