Certainly a good swing on the needle, would indicate to me there is a warping going on.
Just did a Disc change on a 140iM tin top that had a severe judder when hard braking, visual check the discs looked ok even looking swept area and pads in good condition, they were recently changed by the owner but the calipers were not cleaned. Fitted new discs and gave the calipers a good clean and lightly lubed the slide pins and where the pads metal to metal slide edges rest in the caliper.
Road test was OK, no more juddering

Changed the discs and cleaned the callipers and hub and greased the slide pins previously

Changed the discs as the old ones had judder too

Thanks for the input
