Warning lights

In the last couple of days I have had the following warning lights appear. Searching on Google one seems to be the front washers need to be topped up but can't find the second light. Anyone have any ideas?

Looks to me like you need a top-up for the screen washer and that you've got a bulb out. If you have iDrive you can go to the Vehicle Information section and under Vehicle Status it should tell you which bulb has failed. Otherwise I think it's an old-fashioned eyeball check.

I drive will tell you. As will flicking through the left stalk until you see check control in the binnacle. I think that you can select it to see the warnings. Cars with idrive do both.

Thanks for the replies.

I haven't got iDrive sadly so can't look through that method. Does the stalk way work with the sDrive models?

Only time I saw this one of the brake light bulbs had blown after I had disturbed it. One of the few non led bulbs.
Just get someone to look around the car with your foot on the brake.

Its worth a go. Left hand stalk, small switch on the front, use it to scroll through dashboard options until you get the check control, then end button (i think ) to select it. Message should be in the display in the binnacle if it works. Don't see why not. :)

Oddly both errors have disappeared and are no longer showing so not sure if a false alarm or whether they will return at a later date. I will do a check around the car with my foot on the brake though.

If the bulb fail came on and went out, check to make sure that the tail lights have no water in them.
I think this came on when the indicator leds shorted out and the rest rapid flashed. Worth a check.

Defo the problem just had the same screenwash

I sometimes randomly get the red roof light come on when roof down driving then a few seconds later it goes out ?
I've had a few random display lights on / off but I just imagine it's a difficulty to track intermittent problems.
