Warning lights

Hi,can anyone help me with these lights please,when I start the car the handbrake light goes out then a second later comes back on,the traction control + exclamation mark in circle are on permanently,all are yellow
Then when I drive at about 20 mph there is a warning beep
Any help appreciated

Sorry should add,I have a cheap code reader and it shows no faults

Wheel speed sensor or steering angle sensor I reckon. You are going to need INPA or a half decent code reader to go any further.
