With the nipper Playa Blanca in Lanzarote should suit you all & car hire is peanuts so you can have a blatt around the island
Villa rentals are very reasonable
We're going for the 6th time next month , great place to relax with zero idiots , no sign of any football shirts & no " lucky lucky "men to annoy you when out & about

+1 on Canaries.
Much better for winter sun than anywhere in mainland Europe, which even on the most southerly coasts can be cool and wet . Don't even go to my place that time of year

Failing that, have a look at some of the all-inclusive places in the Dominican Republic. We went to one for a quick break earlier this year and were very impressed. Some have kids clubs / babysitting services so the adults can get a bit of free time

Like mr Wilks, we enjoy Lanzarote and stayed near the airport at Seaside Los Jameos Playa. I would stay there again, although the pool was cold when you first get in!
