Hello from a happy first-time owner of a LHD 2007 Z4 3.0si in deepest Greece !

She's Monaco blue metallic with anthracite/black/Champagne leather (sport seats/trims) with high spec approx 50k miles, M spec on 18inchers with full BMW service history.

Sourced the car in North Germany having had many frustrating episodes with dealers/private sellers in Greece. The 2k km drive back over the weekend via Venice was wonderful (and fast in DE !) and the anticipated problems over re-registration/customs/tax man (!!) will all be worth it! Photos to follow ASAP.....I look forward to involvement with this helpful and informative forum....

champagne interior

Yep Marlon...I really wanted an all black interior but reckoned I could live with this colour......it appears light yellow and in a way compliments the very dark blue (almost black in poor light) paintwork....certainly not cream....only tiny rub marks on driver's side nothing on passenger side....I use elec (heated) seats to go back before alighting them memory to return having sat down....reduces contact on re-entry! Thanks for welcome....snaps to follow.... HAVE JUST POSTED IN THE GALLERY SECTION under Newbie's Z4......

Nice drive over the mountains from Sparta to Kalamata....max elevation 4300 feet.....a good 11c cooler up there! 35c below at sea level....

That road looks great - I suspect you don't see too many Z4s on your travels! :)

I really like your interior - it's a good contrast with Monaco Blue paint IMO.

I'm not a fan of black everywhere (but with a Sport you can't avoid it on the roof-lining) so Pearl Grey leather was one of the big attractions of my current E86.

Keep enjoying those roads. :driving:

Thanks Tidy,...initially, I was after a black or dark grey one with black or grey interior but this one attracted me despite not really being that keen on light coloured leather....something about the yellowness of the Champagne leather and the subtle blue of the Monaco grew on me so took the plunge at top-whack German dealer money!

Yours sound a very nice combination too and a great spec.

There are many more Roadsters here than Coupes of course but never see either especially in my far flung neck of the woods! Due to my search for a good example in Greece I now have a friend in Athens with a lovely black E86 coupe whom I hope to meet up with during the summer....he had it up for sale but had the jitters about parting with it (which is not uncommon I guess)...he might get the jitters again if I show him the Langada Pass in the pictures!! Falling rocks are a risk but tend to happen during bad weather...
