Warm air from vents

Houston, we have a problem...

Hello, guys. :D

1. I have a small problem / or maybe it's normal for these cars... When I set temperature regulator on max cold, with A/C OFF, air comming from vents is quite warmish, even when it's 60F degrees outside temp. When I turn the A/C ON, everything is fine, air is cold.
Should I seek for a problem with something like blend door actuators etc, or is it normal for these cars? Anyone had any experience with that kind of problem?

2. Also, another small issue, I noticed that after re-gassing refrigerant in A/C, like 3 months ago, with A/C ON, air was freezing cold, and now it's colder on passengers side, and slightly warmer on drivers side (car is left hand drive). Checked the level of refrigerant, and from 740 grams only 400 grams left, so I guess that refrigerant leak is the solution for second problem?

Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue in number 1. Although it's only when it's really hot do I notice so I've ignored it for the last 4 years. Not sure if it's normal or just coincidence!

I am probably missing the point re 1, but isn't that what A/C is for? I never think to turn mine off. Sorry that I can't help re 2 which does seem like a problem.

Thanks for answers.

P4k1, yeah, it's unusual to use fahrenheit instead of celsius, but I thought that it would be easier for people to understand me. :D

Anyways, I assume that everything is quite good with my car, according to first question, just a bit unusual, because my daily drive golf doesn't have that problem, and even with AC off it blows cold air, close to ambient temperature...

I'm not sure if there are some motorized flaps you can mess around with? Maybe they are slightly open allowing warm air through. I've lived with mine for 4 years. Unless there is a quick way of checking then it'll be another 4 years before I worry.
Maybe get some driving sandles 8)
