Waranty for rear springs

Car had the springs replaced just before I bought it, that is January this year, by a BMW dealer. Now I can hear the strange squick at every bump.

Car will be going through Inspection II very soon so they will take a look at them. In case its the springs need replacing, can I go back and ask for warranty? I mean, it's less than 3 months now since they were new.
 
Would imagine if they are faulty they will replace but the odd squeek is nothing to worry about when i have the top down i can here my springs squeek sometimes over bumps.
 
Ah! I can only hear when I have roof/window down.. so its not that bad! Sometimes it does it when i go in/out of the car. I'm 80 kilos.
