the fuel cap comes with the link attached.. about 18 schnebs from the dealer

I know ... I think it is attached though! Mine failed its MOT due to a rubber seal inside the cap being perished - allegedly. They don't do the little O seal so that was new cap too. grr

So ive got to buy a new cap just for the rubber lead?
What about the screw cover?

That's why I ended up buying a locking fuel cap rather than an OEM with a rubber lead that will break again.

Screw cover costs about 7 quid I think. Priced it up before when I thought I lost a couple.

Silly money for little bits. Makes other bigger stuff look a bargain.

Thats also correct regarding the fuel cap rubber lead. Mines snapped, so I just removed the broken bits.

Jonny, this wont do anything for you. It's just a locking cap.
