WANTED: Z4M Strut Brace - Billet?

Hi Guys,

Still in market for a front strut....anyone know if this is any good and if its decent value for money?

Unless the one you linked to is specifically the one you want, or try machine monkey an see if he's able to make you one, although he's a new dad so may be a bit preoccupied

It will fit but you will have to remove/ cut down the camber pins!

Also there is a couple for sale on M3Cutters around the £100 mark - £150 is a bit pricey.
 
Some adjustment with the grinder required, and on the M at least; two extra holes where the engine normally would move & hit the brace.

Only needed to shim the camber pins when fitting mine from M3.

You CAN, but if you look closer you'll see the struttower mounts don't sit completely flat on the towers.. the structure fouls them a little esp. on the left side.
But hey I'm picky. :)
 
My original m3 one required adjustments to fit correctly too.
The Z4 version obviously doesn't, it's significantly different when you compare the two up close.
