I paid £26,995 for it. Some people might think its too much whilst others think I've snapped up a bargain. Of course I did a bit of research on the car and so forth.
I'm not too concerned on the price I've paid and I think I can make a big profit on it if I were to sell it as of now, but selling the car I have no intentions. A friend of mine who owns a prestige car dealership in the west midlands has already offered to buy the car for more than I purchased, so happy days.
I fell in love with M Power cars when it all began in 2005 my older brother purchased a BMW M3 E46 manual in Phoenix Yellow from Benham BMW Wolverhampton. As I was a teenager in high school at the time with him picking me up the odd couple of times I was the cool kid in town. LOL
I had the privilege to drive a few times when I passed my driving licence in 2007 and all I can say ever since then I've always wanted to buy one but money and insurance combined became the big stumbling block, be it now though in the form of a Z4 Coupe.
My brother has also owned a E92 M3 2008 Manual and I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say it but also the magnificent Mercedes C63 AMG 2010 which both are sensational cars in their own rights with a lot more power. He currently drives a humble Mercedes E220 Blue efficiency but that's what a family with three kids does to you.
But extra power was not something I was after I could spend a few more ££££ and could've purchased a good low mileage BMW M5 touring. But I've wanted a 2 seater sports car for a while and this one ticks all the boxes.
I missed out on a Z4M Coupe in May 16 in Sepang Bronze Metallic which Sytner Nottingham was selling at £30k I think it did 17k on the clock, but sold within 3 days. So when this one came up I put the deposit down over the phone. Alpine white/Sepang Bronze was the only two colours I considered buying so it was a case of going on auto trader and piston heads everyday 2/3 times seeing for updates.
I aim to do 500/600 miles per year on the car and summer time only.
This will be the start of a car collection fingers crossed I would like to buy and add a V10 M6 few years down the line.
I will post pics of my Z4M in the coming days as I'm in the process of cleaning the car and store in the garage.
