Hi all,

I'm struggling to find one in the UK new so I thought I'd look for one here, used.

Anyone got one?

Thanks in advance.

The CA-Automotive site wasn't working on my iPhone earlier. I'm on my mac now and it's fine.

£502 from them. Was hoping a big cheaper to be honest.

It is a lot for a filter and a bit of bent ally.

Should have bought that Gruppe-M one that was offered on here last week

Although Sanspeed (Simota UK supplier) are saying they've fixed the issue with the Simota intake tube size on their carbon intake, so for £350-ish you can have one similar to a Gruppe-M? They offered me a test unit, but I'm probably going to keep the cash and put it towards my suspension refresh instead - and truth be told, I could hardly hear the intake over the Rogue Diablo exhausts.

Really? I saw your post about the Simota, which I'd intended on getting when it finally released, and went back to the drawing board.

It might be worth giving it a go, actually. The aFe was the alternative to Simota as the least-likely-to-mess-my-car-up-but-cost-a lot-less-than-a-Gruppe-M. Long title.

Give them a call and specifically mention the issues you've read about.

If they don't give you a straight answer then don't bother. If they're open about it and insist the new version won't cause and EML lights/cutting out (not nice at 90mph in the outside lane of a busy motorway) then there's no harm in trying it, as you can always return it.
