Wanted: Z4M 2006/7

Yep, it's personal taste - good also to know the BMW world as I am totally new to it. S2000s or Volvos, I can help you out with :)

Not a case of putting a colour down, just stating a fact.

As I have been around in the Z world from the moment it was launched in the UK, I have seen most cars / price movements / desirable options etc through those 8 years. Based on that, I am happy to share that info with someone new in the market who may not know.

I am sure that Alistair may not have been aware that Red seats will fetch more then Black ones in the Z community, but providing that info might help the decision process.

In the end it is anyone's own choice, just like I got a green X5 whilst I know that a black X5 will be the more desirable one when it comes to selling mine.
which green?

Don't listen to PVR, Interlagos is a great colour and will always be popular
Agreed, complete rubbish
Pvr your presenting you opinion as fact. In my opinion black, blue, white and dark grey.are the most saleable colours.

Because they are facts, undeniable, whether you like it or not. It is something that is tangible.

TBH not once has a dealer marked down the colour when discussing trade in/selling. It's a popular colour on the E92, M5/M6 and the E46 CS.

When I was trading a Laguna Seca Blue M3 in it was a nightmare.

Just be careful that the particular Interlagos blue is a difficult colour to sell on, so getting it cheaper now means selling lower later on.

Not that the colour is not nice, but as it was the launch color, a large proportion of cars were delivered in that colour which seems to make it a more difficult one to shift. This will eventually iron out just like Sterling Grey was originally a difficult colour to sell as it was the launch colour for the general Z4 range.
There's a post on here which breaks down the colours of Z4Ms sold.

Interlagos Blue and Imola Red were not the most common colours by a long way.
