Wanted: Z4 Roadster Manual - CLOSED - Car Bought

Hello,

Having sold my last Z4 earlier in the year (financial circumstances dictated that I needed to sell it), am missing it......so have started the search for another one.

Looking for:
- 3.0 Roadster
- mileage sub 100k.
- Manual
- Heated Seats

Budget circa £4k.

Am checking on the usual sites (ebay, gumtree, autotradrer, PH etc), but if there is anybody thinking of selling theirs, let me know.

(Am near Milton Keynes)

Thank you Mr Wilks - am missing my last Z4 (3.0si - but dont have the budget for another si, as they 2007 onwards).

As am budget constrained, I may have to consider a Boxster (realise that may not be a popular statement on here)....will just see what comes up in my price range.......
 
Z4 return would be great but we wouldn't ignore you if you went Boxter route! You could de badge it and even put some Z4 badges on it :rofl:

Make sure it has a soft root :poke:

With your planned spend i think i'd sleep easier with my money in a cheap Z than a cheap boxster :wink:
 
Thanks both.....

Am reading some horror stories re cheap boxsters.....the Z4 seems safer as the components are (in the main) tried and tested on the high-volume saloons..... but seems to be a glut of used boxsters on the market, driving prices down...
 
Hi Ben,

I've been considering selling mine. Its a 2nd car and could probably do with freeing up some cash before I move house. 2005 75k(ish) miles Silver with red leather, heated electric seats. Ill be honest its not the most pristine example and service history was lost (although most of it I've tracked down and the last 3 years is there). On the plus side I don't think you'll find another with the lower mileage and similar age for anywhere near the money.

Is there any flexibility with your budget? I couldn't sell it for £4k so don't want to waste your time but could accept something starting with a 4.

I was going to say that this forum is as good a "Manual" as you'll get ! :thumbsup:
