Hi Guys, newbie here.

Previously owned Z3 3.0s.

I'm looking for an Auto Coupe in Blue, Grey, Silver or Green or Black possibly. Never seen a green one but rec its tasty.

Max price 14k ish.

Prefer Si, but condition and mileage more important. Got to be auto.

I did find exactly what I was looking for, Blue Si with split rims 50k for 12.5k, was first I saw and made mistake of negotiating too hard and it was sold to someone else...lesson learned.

14k is more than enough for what your looking for, although the autobox models don't come up that often, more so if you're looking for a specific colour.

Have you seen Mr Wilks's car?

Looks just what your looking for..

Think my 92k mileage may be a put off with £14k to spend
Home from hols tomorrow so very much looking forward to getting it off the trickle charger & on the tarmac :driving:
Got a guy coming for a peep on sunday though :|

There was an immaculate Blue 3.0si auto (09 plate) on my road recently replaced for a brand new e89 :(
I guess it'll be on the BMW network soon if not already sold.

Although not a fan of black wheels or tinted windows, this maybe worth a look.
Good luck. :)

I love the idea of flappy paddles but I just didn't find the auto as engaging or rewarding (Bearing in mind I only had 30 mins) and found it in the wrong gear around roundabouts etc so had to downshift. I also spent my time continuously downshifting when I wanted to upshift (poor car lol).

I guess we can conclude 1) you get used to it and 2) Maybe "I sucked" is more appropriate but I still maintain that's its simply not as engaging as a stick.

Just seen this one. Has full service history but with BMW approved dealer, guy says the alloys are scuffed but body and interior perfect. Thoughts guys?

Looks good.
Although the one I linked above has navigation which a lot of buyers look for and csl wheels. Best to see both.

Cheers Rialas, not that hot on the black wheels either

The one I've seen is in Middlesborough and I'm in Essex. Has anyone used the AA car inspection service?
