I am looking for a Z4 and have viewed quite a few recently and am getting fed up! My budget could stretch up to c.£9k, but would depend on the spec.
I am based in Warwickshire and will travel a fair distance for the right car (ideally 1hr max, but say 1.5hrs for a gem).
Ideally I'd rather spend £6-7.5k for an 03/04 plate, under 80k mileage. The only other must is heated electric leather seats as I can retro fit cruise control pretty easily, but I would consider it a benefit as I would also do for sat nav and multi-function wheel (and would be reflected in the price). For me to pay top dollar for an 03/04 it would need sat nav, multi-function cruise control and low mileage and of course be spotless with FSH. I also consider FBMWSH a bonus rather than a scribble from a local garage (which I've seen a few times). I would also like red leather if possible! (I don't ask for much!!!)
However, I will pay more for an 05/06 so long as the mileage isnt' above 80k. It would need cruise control as retro fitting it is more of a bugger. I might just stretch to £10k if the car really was good.
