Wanted X5

My brother in law is looking for an older X5, say 08/58 so might have 80k + on the clock. Not much on autotrader. Anyone know of any good reliable indy dealers who stock this kind of thing? He's based I central Scotland.

Yes, that's why I suggested a 'wanted', not enough traffic to have an active for sale section but you might get lucky

I recently turned down a 57 plate X5 Se 3.0d 68k 2 owner off my BM indy pal for £9k & am kicking myself
He'd bought it with some problems (rear diff amongst them) but was all sorted + serviced .
Pondered too long & when i went back to him it was long gone

PVRs a mod on xdrivers and has an X5 - maybe worth pm-ing him, though likely as not he'll be along sometime soon. I think he usually varnishes his clogs this time of night...
