Try not to punch yourself in the face when undoing the nut. It's on damn tight! Luckily I didn't break my nose. If you search my posts I did a thread when I changed my wheel

Also chaps, make sure the old wheel is dead straight when you remove it so that you know to fit the replacement dead-ahead as well, simple but easily overlooked.
 
I'm going to use Royal's exchange system - they send a refurbished wheel, you send your old one back (and get your deposit back) thinking of getting their alcantara handbrake skirt too....
