I made my own acorn electron. As it soldered all the bits in from scratch! Ahhh those were the days

I did that with an Acorn Atom... didn't know the Electron was available in kit form....

Too big, that is the problem with consoles like that I just wouldn't have the space for them

Although if I saw a decent bargain I would probably grab it.

Have a ZX81, Commodore 64 with tape deck, Sega Megadrive all up in the loft. Wife complains when she remembers they are up there... But memories of early programming before taking it up professionally with the ZX and the Commodore. also have a few computers up there including an Acorn.

Closest things to these are my old N64 with battle tanx, ocarina of time, and mario kart. My old dreamcast. Old gamecube with luigis haunted mansion. And my old clear purple gameboy color with pokèmon blue red green yellow and tetris. Oh and my old original xbox with ghost recon (works on 360 btw) and my halo 2. Not as youthfully challenged as you guys! Still haven't broken a hip yet.

Atari 2600 with a dozen games in the loft, from approx 1981 ish. Boxed.

Slightly off piste Also have about 130 or so 1/43rd very good quality model cars - Trofeu, Minichamps top end stuff mainly rally cars and road cars;
- ford Focus WRC COLLECTION
- Subaru IMPREZA WRC collection
- 80's Rally car collection incl Lancia Delta's, Metro 6R4,
- Lotus Sunbeam rally car collection
- RS2000 / RS1600 / Mexico road and rally car collections
- and so on many are limited edition and some quote rare.

Quite a few quids worth, have about 50 on display, rest in boxes sealed and secure. Tempted to sell some / all...
