Wanted: Passenger side break light (facelift)

Hi all, I’ve noticed that my passenger side brake light is a little dimmer than my drivers side and upon investigation you can’t change the LEDs so need a new light!

Have you checked for water ingress? Only mention it as I had a similar problem with mine a couple of months ago.

All the connectors had rusted from water. I cut the connections and had them re welded back together and it works fine now.

I believe after speaking to an ex BMW technician it was a common problem. Worth a shot as finding a replacement is tough. Pre face-lift are 10 a penny, but face-lift I couldn't find one at the time and when one did turn up it was £150+ :thumbsdown:

Hmmm no I haven't, I removed the drivers side purely to see if I could get access to the bulbs, I’ll have it out at the weekend and give it a good look over

Still on the look out for a passenger side BRAKE light (I have no idea how the hell I managed to spell it “break” light )
