WANTED - iPod Connection...

Anyone got a iPod connection that will work with the Z4's steering control and Prof Sat Nav!!!

I hate to say this, but if you search the forum, you will find a TON of posts about this subject. What drivers found that works and what does not...

I have my Ipod mounted on a ProClip mount and wired directly into the head unit. While I can't adjust the music selections from the MFSW, I can change the volume.

I hear guys wanting controls from the steering wheel all the time. On my I-Pod I just select shuffle all and sit back and listen. Mine is connected directly to the head unit as well. I can control the volume and anything else would be over kill and not used and defiantly not worth the money.

I went to halfords and was told they could fit one for 99.99 whihc should give u all functionality. Not sure about it. Doesanyone have it fitted with halfords. BMW cost 250.

Let me ask a different question - would you normally let a 16 year old spotty bloke scratch your dashboard to death?

I bought the Intravee and fitted it myself, couple of hours work and best results.

Do u get the music list on the sat nav screen or u just have to put it in shuffle and just listen with the intravee.

from what i understand it will fully integrate the ipod with the sat nav and steering controls...
