Wanted - Imola Z4M Roadster

That car was "born" in Scotland :)

That car was Jules's if you remember him (when new).

No satnav though, but has extended leather.

Hi PVR :)

Yeah I noticed that on the Service History :) (which is solid btw)

Jules -Yeah I seem to remember the name.

Lack of Sat Nav isn't a problem, at least it still has the professional DSP sound system.

Anyone know of Booner tracked it? He mentions wanting to, but no evidence of it happening. That coupled with 60k would definiely put me off. 60k miles on it's own I'd consider it. Still hoping BMW will call back this week.

Well, I know that Jules tracked it so if you are worried about that one ...

Thanks for the info on that. I think it does close the chapter on that car. If it was low miles it wouldn't bother me so much, but I know a few friends who have had terminal S54 problems and the thread about bearings scares me too. So 60k tracked is not good. What a shame, stunning car! Probably the exact spec mine will endup with mods wise.

you still looking? i'm starting to re-think the decision to keep mine. its my only car at the minute, and its doing my head in... essentially its an Imola red 2006 roadster with 15,900 miles on it. send me a pm if interested. will probably get px'd (but offered to the forum first) when i've found the car i want. When i've cleaned it at the weekend (if not raining!) i'll put some pics up. :)

Hi Johnny,

Yeah picked up one locally a couple of weeks ago, perfect spec, solid history and at a fantastic price. Slightly higher miles than I was looking for and Interlagos. Can't have it all :)

Good luck with the sale. I'm sure yours won't hang around for long with the mileage. How much are you looking for it anyway? (Hopefully it's way out of my budget anyway so I won't feel sick) :)

no probs, glad you found one! not settled on a price, but it will be in the region of £15k i'm sure it will sell quite quickly, it is an epic machine if i may say so myself. I just cant make it fit my life, or my life fit it (i've tried both ways round! )

hmm, I would be interested if you are definitely selling....

Ever thought of eBay for this you might be surprised what it goes for Johnny in a good way

yeah, but its all the nob heads on there when selling a car..... i know what you mean, relatively rare colour, and definitely rare mileage, should fetch a bit. To be honest i'm not a desperate seller so lets see. I want to line my next car up before letting the Z go, since its my only car just now i'd rather avoid getting into hiring cars etc. if i can.

Still can't afford it

...though £15k or thereabouts is what I would have offered if asked...

Please sell it to someone on here who loves their cars, doesn't drive it much and is likely to decide in about 14 months time that they can't afford the luxury of a third car as a toy

Best make sure Bing doesn't see this.

I get an email every time someone submits a post with 'imola' in it, no way I'd miss this

well, its going this time (assuming anyone wants it lol). i just cant get this car to fit my world.

That steering wheel pic - which is just like yours Stu - gets me every time. Looks brand new, and says everything you need to know about the condition of the car.
