Wanted -hardtop

I'm interested in finding a silver grey hardtop for the coming winter.

Would consider other colours, especially black, if the price is reasonable enough to consider a respray.

If anyone needs to clear some space in their garage, let me know.
Preferably in the North West area.
 
also after 1 of these for acceptable money (obvs original poser above has 1st dibs) i just didn't want to start a 2nd wanted thread, also I'm in the east of England so not stepping on his toes too much :)

Mine needs to be white (or black) but light scratches etc doesn't matter as will be getting a respray in white as don't think I've ever seen a white 1 so no chance of me finding a 2nd hand 1

Cheshire and Dum Gal are quite far away!
 
oh, i just read it as north west England and south west Scotland... my bad for not checking lol
 
Seem a lot cheeper this year, i paid £800 for mine , and that was without the lock covers, another £80, and a 5 hour round trip to pick it up.

Wait until October/November and they will go over £1k. Last year on Ebay some made £1,200
It happens every year despite the price dip each Spring/Summer
 
Still a little early for prices to peak, but heating up as predicted.
Give it to mid October when temps drop, gets a bit wetter, nights close in and minds turn to protection of the roof.
 
Palmer666 is selling his top. May need to get it wrapped or painted but a black hard top will go with most cars and look like the soft-top anyway..
