WANTED: Handbrake gaiter

Not bothered on condition as leather will be replaced but must have the plastic parts etc inside so i can reuse the plastic base for my new red leather handbrake gaiter.

I don't want to try it on my existing leather gaiter in case i mess it up.

I ended up buying a used one from a car breaker which I cannibalised and used when I was fitting my red gaiters.

Have you searched on eBay as there are loads breaking with all bits for sale,

Might be more than you are willing to spend but you have to contact for a price but might be worth a phone call ?

yea checked the ebay listings and most have already been sold and a couple are just expensive. ive already got the red leather part so just need a tatty old 1 that somebody has laying around that i can use the plastics off, i dont mind waiting for a cheap 1 :) just dont fancy attacking my 1 until ive got a replacement just in case things go wrong lol
 
Do you know how much they are from BMW? The leather on mine is well worn so I need a new one, but don't know how much they cost

If not too expensive, i'll buy one and you can have my one free.
 
not sure tbh, but knowing BMW... a lot more than it should be lol!

ive just emailed bmminiparts for a price find so will let you know when they get back to me how much 1 is (i checked for a black 1... assume there both same price but dont matter for me as i got the red leather anyway waiting)

i dont mind sending u a tenner or something to more than cover your costs, just dont fancy paying £30+ for a perfectly good 2nd hand 1 as i only want to destroy it anyway so seems pointless is all
 
They are £110 from BWM, I got a mint one from email for £50 a few months ago, the offer is £25 by the chap above is a really good deal I think
 
there are several on ebay ranging from £26 - £35 but there all in usable condition, just waiting untill a damaged/scuffed 1 comes along really, its a shame to destroy a perfectly good 1 and sods law as soon as i do, somebody will find an old 1 they have :rofl:
