Chasing a front bumper lip/splitter (whatever you may call it), preferably carbon fiber.

car = 2003 E85 2.5i

There are some on Ebay... not carbon though.............. from Poland. Looking for something similar but i'm too 'cheap' for carbon

If you want something subtle, you can fit a skoda fabia splitter. They're the cheapest "splitter" on the market really, they're only plain black but you can cut them to fit with scissors length wise. I THINK marius fitted one, but all the Clio boys use them.

^^ I think they are generally referred to as the LCR splitter (Leon Cupra R)- same as Skoda. People whack em on everything form TT's to Clios. Previous owner put one on my Z...do the job if you want a subtle look & go with a matte black grille quite well

(Sorry- only pic i have handy at mo)

Looks really OEM and tidy........like that

Front looks neat- the corners dont quite fit perfectly but not all splitters follow the lip of the main bumper so i dont think it looks bad tapering in slightly. Will grab another picture later...its no 'M' bumper but its cheap, cheerful & reversable.

Ah- couple of different ones knocking about then- i assumed we were talking about the same splitter! Wonder if the LCR would fit the pre-facelift too?

Looks like the Skoda splitter suits the pre-facelift better and the sharper LCR splitter goes with the facelift really well.

not even close

Is it not??? I'm sure you said it was a skoda splitter when you fitted it or is my memory THAT bad?

I have a splitter that I was given. It's a LCR. Only trouble is the front scrapes on a lot of speed bumps so worried I'd just rip it off if fitted. It was moulded to shape with a heat gun so fits well just never fitted

That aero bumper and plate position looks great
Cheers! I think this is best place for the short plate with the Aero bumper! I'm lovin' it... and no I don't have cooling issues :)

Did you remove the stock plate holder? If so didn't it have holes underneath or did you respray?

I wonder what a full sized bumper will look like in that position...

Purchased a brand new bumper £248.63+ vat (bmminiparts) Hated the plastic surround so was never refitted ;)

Used these brackets http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171105613472

You could always use sticky foam too/instead I guess?

I'm having my front bumper resprayed at some point (few stone chips) so may well consider this
