Wanted E85 2.5Si or 3.0

Afternoon all. I now have cash on my hip and am finally looking for the right E85 Z4

My budget us up to £5k, I'm in Peterborough area but more than willing to travel. My wish list is;

1. 2.5Si or 3.0i/Si only
2. Must have heated sport seats
3. Preferably black or grey - not silver!
4. Must have factory wind deflector
5. Manual gearbox

Other than that I'm easy! lol :lol:

I've seen what's in classifieds but if anyone is about to put up for sale anything not listed that ticks the above boxes, then please feel free to give me a shout.

I fear even a 2.5si will be slim pickings for your budget. They’re also likely to be a higher mileage car, so service history will be even more important. Good luck with the search.

That's great news Andy.

You might want to edit your wish-list though because I think you are looking for M-Sport seats - BMW called the standard ones "Sport" seats!

Unfortunately M-Sport seats seem to be pretty rare in pre-facelift cars but were standard in all facelift Sport models, although as Wyldie85 has said you might struggle to find a facelift Sport in your budget.

Worth mentioning that the seats and wind deflectors can be very easily retrofitted. So factoring in this, don't let your ideal car go for the sake of, for example, a wind deflector!

While seats are a fairly easy retro-fit, heated M-Sport seats don't come cheap!

Yes agreed! You’re looking at about £100 for a deflector and around £750 for m sport seats.

I’d still stand by what I said before. You can still build it to the way you want!
