Are you fairly handy yourself? If so, strip it down, separate the motor from the hydraulic unit (2 allen keys) get a load of brake cleaner, a rubber mallet and some form of spray lubricant, take the motor off, put it on the floor, cover in brake cleaner, hit with the mallet a little all over, more brake cleaner, more mallet, try turning by hand, repeat steps one and two a few times and then cover in a spray grease suitable for motors.
Then, get yourself two bits of wire, and hard wire the motor to the battery. If it runs, leave it going for about 3 mins or so, then swap the wires over and let it spin the other way. Lubricate once more and leave it on the side over night (inside).
Then, get all the sound proofing and rinse about 900 times until the water that comes out of the foam is clear, dry on radiator over night.
Re-fit all to car (sealing motor casing up with silicone), and look happy.
