Wanted Cirrus Aluminium Trim Set

Looking for a Perfect Condition/NOS set of Cirrus Aluminium Trim which is the Turned rather than Brushed Finish as shown in the photographs.

Preferably with holes already cut out in the centre console piece for the 'Sport' and 'Passenger Airbag Off' Buttons.

Small Light Control Surround
Centre Console

Hens teeth would be easier to find :cry: possibly the rarest of all Z dash trims , I can't ever recall a, set passing through the forum whereas piano or carbon weave do surface now & then.

Chance of it being perfect as well as very remote. Think I have only ever seen one car with it in the flesh.
 
Ok thanks, 2 of the 5 cars I went to see before buying mine had this dash so just presumed it was a fairly common option. It's much nicer than the brushed steel. Might be best getting a spare set of standard trim and recovering it in something... anthracite leather, carbon wrap...etc

Was that in the white roadster last years ZedFest?

That’s the only time I’ve ever seen it
 
Not perfect condition- could do with some light sanding of some sharp edges and also has the usual peppering of small dents on the drivers side of the centre console piece.

Would like £120 to sell it.

Lovely - I do like the Cirrus trim, it's so much better than the Brushed finish IMHO.

Now I just need to find someone who likes it enough to buy my car. :roll:

Thanks. Would be good to see how bad the wear and tear is. Mine has a few dings in the centre console. I do love the Cirrus and had hoped to find NOS. The alternative is to get a standard set and have them leather covered to match the Extended Leather in my car.

Thank you for posting those. I do love the Cirrus trim and am probably chasing a Unicorn looking for a perfect set so think I'll have to go with a leather covered option but good luck with the sale and I very much appreciate the honest and clear photographs!!

I think you may be to be fair.

I just had a look at a forum member's database for 3.0Si and M models, and of the 3,152 3.0Sis registered in the UK it looks like only 105 had Cirrus Aluminium trim!

Admittedly there will be some other models that have it, but if it's in the same proportion there aren't going to be too many.

My set is blemish free, but as I'm trying to sell the car you'd need to buy it all. :lol:

If I had the brushed finish I'd probably go for a "piano black" style of wrap, but leather could look good too. :thumbsup:

Thanks for the info! Brushed Aluminium was obviously very on point in 07/08... lacks a bit of depth these days to my tastes. There's a chap on the facebook group potentially having his painted Stratus Grey to match body colour so be interested to see how that turns out. Thanks
