WANTED - Centre red brake light

Iam looking for a high level brake light in red for a z4 2003 if any 1 can help please let me know, this is the second 1 to split in less than 6 months.

hi, welcome to the forum

where did you get the second one from? is it not under warranty.

there is a common issue on these with the nuts being overtightened. when you put it on put the nuts on with ur fingers as much as you can. then one 3/4 turn with a socket and it should do the trick.

there are also weaker springs available at bmw

I just had to get a clear one from the dealer :x i ended up putting some loctite on the threads and doing what rudd said, think i left about 5ish mm of thread showing below the nut
