I thought he got the dud from Ebay? Or was it a member who actually sold it to via Ebay?

It was me who sold him the dud. Was a genuine mistake as all was in good order when the car was on road. As soon as phil confirmed the item was f##ked, He will agree that no questions or arguing come about and was instantly refunded all funds paid
