Nope - that's wrong. It's a metal disc fastened on with lugs into the plastic of the airbag cover. It requires cutting off and the lugs trimming back.

The danger of course is that the centre is designed to be kept in place during a deployment whereas a bonded on badge could cause injury - that's the warning!!! I did however make the conversion.

Set is £80 ish off Ebay and I believe he's still selling them - ask Lucy
 
Mine arrived yesterday morning. Not fitted them yet though. Think i will do it on Saturday.

Yeah it was £80 for the full set. I will get you the sellers info when i have more time at work tomorrow.
