Hi folks anybody have a set of oem exhausts with external bypass mod they want to sell or swap for the internal mod ihave ? Cheers

Ha ha I know its a nightmare im super picky ive realised. Im prepping the car for the ring this year so exhaust , coilovers and hopefully supercharger if I can sneak it on without the wife finding out. Aparently it will only be away a couple of days! :D

Nice, but pretty sure the wife will know when she's passenger side and you put your foot down in a 500bhp z4m though! :D

Which coilovers are you looking at? I'm replacing the springs on mine now, but might opt for the KW coilovers if I can squeeze it into the budget.

In the S2000 community (UK and Worldwide), they perform a similar exhaust bipass mod which they refer to as the 'UK Exhaust Mod'. It's somewhat easier due to the layout of the pipes in the backbox, but essentially the same. I did a little research and it transpires that they found the idea on the Z4 Forum  (we'll ignore the fact that the person who introduced it on this forum got the idea from the Boxster community  ).

OP, let me know when your supercharger plans are more concrete as we might be able to set up a group buy. I'm certainly interested in the ESS VT2 SC setup.

Why don't you get your set done with the bypasses welded in?

I was thinking of the BC coilovers as ive heard good reports from when I had my m3 e46...unless you guys tell me otherwise. Anyway im much smarter than the wife. ive just started using super duper racing fuel that makes my car perform like this!

don't fancy anymore messing with my exhaust welding and cutting etc just want to bolt it on already done.

supercharger is looking possible in may so a group by would be great!
