There may be slim pickings for that criteria IMO.
The 18i was the entry level E89 of the period, so tend to be fairly bog-standard. The auto was obviously a cost option, so was Black Sapphire paint.
If you wanted an Alpine White manual 18i, there are loads, relatively.
They will be out there in the flavour you desire, but probably not many. Black cars are a nightmare anyway as impossible to keep clean, but ETTO.
Edit: just out of interest....you didn't have a 2005 Jag XK8 for sale a couple of years ago, did you?

Thank you for the input, I'm sure you're right about the 20i, I was imagining an 18i ride might be less harsh?
I've only been in a 20i M Sport with run flat tyres.
I need to have a run out in a few more.
I understand what you're saying about the colour choice but I've always preferred black cars.
