Wanted … Black, Auto, 2013 to 2016

There may be slim pickings for that criteria IMO.
The 18i was the entry level E89 of the period, so tend to be fairly bog-standard. The auto was obviously a cost option, so was Black Sapphire paint.
If you wanted an Alpine White manual 18i, there are loads, relatively.

They will be out there in the flavour you desire, but probably not many. Black cars are a nightmare anyway as impossible to keep clean, but ETTO. :D

Edit: just out of interest....you didn't have a 2005 Jag XK8 for sale a couple of years ago, did you?

Why not a 20i… I much more likely to find a black auto?..unless you like the simplicity of reduced heating controls?

285 18i auto say 1/3 black that’s less than 100…

There are 5,500 20i autos…1/3 black..nearly 2,000

Thank you for the input, I'm sure you're right about the 20i, I was imagining an 18i ride might be less harsh?
I've only been in a 20i M Sport with run flat tyres.
I need to have a run out in a few more.
I understand what you're saying about the colour choice but I've always preferred black cars.
I did have a Jaguar 4.2s XK8

Chassis is identical between 18i and 20i…28i has 30mm bigger front brake disc..that’s it..

Ride comfort is driven by wheel diameter / run flats or not / MSport or not

17 non runflats non MSport comfortable

19 run flats MSport less so

I think I came and looked at your Jag when it was for sale in April 2023. I was driving a white E89 Z4 and we talked about you wanting one. :)
