Wanted a Z4M coupe

Is that £20k or 20,000miles?

£20k should get you a good example, good luck with the hunt

Edit: nb, I guess theres lots of wanted/sales ads on the forum, does the forum have an endorsed z spec template that folks can use? I.e. newbies can basically fill in the blanks.

Preferably metallic

Sat Nav

Not much else

They are all relatively similar.

Not red or else I would have bought the one at Sytner for £17k

This one seems good at £18500

Does anyone have information about it?

Yeah, decent car, nice colour......been looking at this one myself for a few weeks.
Just the mileage that I would want lower, but priced about right.
86k is nothing to these engines,but I am looking for a sub 50/60k miles,as a keeper/investment for future.

Definitely worth a look,imo.

I think its strong money for that car tbh. Seat bolster has collapsed disks and pads are shot. FBMSH but the fact it was serviced in November and the disks and pads made it thought the service would have me wondering what else has.

Its a straight motor, bodywork in good condition, good spec but at 86k, needs disks and pads all round and for piece of mind I would want to be getting the obvious stuff sorted.

I reckon a minimum of a 3k spend before getting started. It has a trade of £12,200, £13500 private add a little more for it being sought after. Needs plenty of haggling to get it where it needs to be IMO.

I'm not sure you can throw the trade price around with these cars, I don't disagree with your other statements regarding this particular car however i'll turn this on it's head and ask you; say you had this car and it was in an accident - insurer offers the typical average of 2 of the 3 valuations (Cap/Glass'/Parkers) which for this car would likely be in the 13k region as you have identified. Would you be content or would you argue it's worth more to them? Considering you would have to find and buy an equivalent car.

Any car that has reached the bottom of it's curve and has started to increase in value isn't accurately represented in a trade price guide. Ultimately the car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it - there are obviously cars selling and swapping hands for this sort of money otherwise the market wouldn't be in this position - intrigued to know if any Z4M Coupes (non category recorded) have been swapping hands for sub £15000 in the past 18 months?

I think this is one of the rare Space Grey MC’s, reg FJ57 WWM?
If it is, it was previously owned by forum member Crusoe.
