I see that bmwministyle have "temporarily suspended trading' - where can I buy a new ZHP gearknob? Or does anyone have one for sale?

Try Jamie in Parts Dept at Sopers BMW Lincoln, he gives a discount to forum members. Got one from him recently for I think £42 with free delivery and it was with me next day. :thumbsup:

I asked for 6 speed weighted ZHP knob, and it came in BMW part bag with the part number. Jamie knew exactly what I wanted, guess he has sold a few in the past to forum members!
 
just taken one off my Z4M before it went.

Pretty much brand new and bought from BMW Worcester as I recall.

Part Number is 25117896886 if this is what you are after - 6 speed

I can post tomorrow for Friday delivery if you guys want to PM me an offer ?

Just phoned Sopers, "Jamie" wasn't about but still managed to swing some forum discount, £44.20 delivered. Part currently isn't in stock but is due in tomorrow, likely to get it Saturday or Monday at the latest.

Mine arrived today also, absolute T**t to get the existing knob off, was expecting something else to come off with it!!!!

But now it's fitted...... the moments of F'ing and blinding are all worth it. :roll:

Hehe, yet another amusing tale of gear knob removal. Think yourself lucky you weren't the bloke who smashed his windscreen doing it! :rofl:
 
There has been people punching themselves in their sensitive parts as well (teeth as well)- Not me, but I would settle for a busted screen any day if there was a choice! :D
