WANTED - 2003/4 Z4 Roadster 3.0 around Bournemouth

Been a journey of discovery elise, vx220, boxster, but now set on the z4 after weighing it all up, and there was a lot of info to weigh

Looking for an honest 3.0 manual, grey

Understand the age and what goes with it, its a 3rd car, so not looking for a mint, more a toy to tinker with, so would prefer a cheaper side , although mileage of max ~100K is prob around the pinch point

Live in Ringwood, so any local honest cases let me know :)

PS great to find a good forum, equally friendly and informative as the other marques I looked at, it really is great to find these forums

Hi and welcome.

Just one small piece of advice - get I to the habit of typing "Roadster" after you have typed Z4. Otherwise people will this that you want a Coupe! :D

Good luck with the search. You're going to get a lot of car for the money with am 03/04 3.0i. It'll be very different to the sports cars you've had before....
 
Mines still available but I'm no where near you , there's some pics in the for sale section . If it's any good to you I'm sure I could sort out some delivery agreement
 
Thanks Paul, car looks good, but yes not exactly around the corner, out of my zone of focus

I took one out yesterday, they feel very tight and a nice sound, however with 90k on the clock and no stone chips on bonnet (hmmm), repainted bumper, and a horribly welded up engine brace to the suspension cap it did not look too honest, and had a gaping oil leak. So took a walk. Great cars though

I very much doubt there is a Zed on the road (aside a handful of garage queens) that have not had the front end of either bumper and or bonnet and wings re-sprayed or touched in. Take a look at that shape - it a stone and chip magnet...

90k if cared about is nothing on these cars, but the oil leak would make me walk away.

Same county at least, would not dismiss a quick jaunt up the M3 if the details look good :driving:
