Want Cluster Lights to Come on With Engine Start

Hi, New to this forum and thank you very much for my membership. I find the cluster in my 03 Z4 to be very dark when not illuminated. Therefore I am hoping there is a way to have the cluster lights come on with the starting of the car. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Brendan

Good morning.
Not sure it can be coded, but pretty sure if you simply switch the lights to sidelights the instrument lights will come on.

Good Morning, Thanks for your reply. Yes, I fully believe it is a coding question for sure. I am wondering which, if any, of the software available can solve this for me. I've searched a lot but have had no answers yet and for safety I do have a DPS700 EB power supply ready to stabilize the voltage at 14.1 while under a sizeable load for programming. As for switching on the "parks", you must remember to switch them off as well...lol... hence the beginning of this search. Thanks Again.

As I said, not entirely sure you can code it. Let us know if you find a way.
I find the loud annoying bong reminds me to turn them off again.

Good Day, As an update it appears that there is a setting in the KOMBI module to fix this problem.
Instrument Cluster always backlight >>> KOMBI, M_TAG_SKALENBELEUCHTUNG <<< Scale Illumination
Regards,
Brendan
