Want a wheel change!

So, currently running MV3 wheels but fancy something different, recently they're not quite as appealing to me as they previously were so wanting to swap up.

Been looking at F.X Motorsport MS007s as a possibility, seem they're owned by the same company as Riva, who do the eternally popular DTM CSL rep, so I assume quality will be decent (not exactly expecting lightweight wheels mind)

Specs are 8j et34 and 8.5j et35 so a nice stance and similar to the MV3 in profile terms.

Anyone got more insights into similar wheels for non-wallet busting amounts? As much as I'd love a set of BBS CHs I'm not about to drop £1.4k on some wheels.

Staying with 18" rims too, and preference is either 8/8.5j or 8/9j width.

M359 mate. 430 quid delivered from cm wheels

Hyper silver loads of other colours too

Et35 all round 8j 9j

These are your old tyre too

Don't know what it is but I'm not keen, the spokes look a bit too parallel, if that makes sense? Think the ones above look a bit more curved, bit like the BBS

The ones in your original post have a different amount of spokes and makes them look slightly better.
I prefer odd numbers to even on wheels.

My only consideration is quality, how good are new wheels likely to be for circa £500, when something similar like the TSW Nurburgring is £1300, or £1k for VMR V710. BBS ones are £1450ish too, but of course the BBS and TSW are forged rims so a different league

Suppose you get what you pay for but I've had probably 100 sets of circa 500 quid wheels and none of them have been bad, just a could have cracked but you get that with genuine bm wheels

Probably more to be honest. I'd not like to add It up

Please let me know when you're ready to let them go. I may be interested.

So, current contenders are both in the style of above, rather different price points but I think that's reflected in the brand/probable quality.

In the cheap corner, we have the Cades Bern, however they seem to be replacing the 'plain' one with accented and as such finding a plain hyper silver set is proving difficult. Option is Frozen Grey, but I'm undecided...

Silver with accents, which I feel ruin it

Frozen Grey, possible?

Size wise, these come in at 8J ET40 and 9J ET40

Option 2 is one of the big guns, Enkei. They do a wheel called the Raijin which is exactly what I'm looking for, and quality will be above and beyond OEM or other alternatives, but naturally they aren't cheap! Size wise, 8J ET32 and 8.5J ET38
