After a 10 week wait I finaly got to pick my car up yesterday. I'm thrilled to bits :))

Its being like breaking in a new set of trainers. The more time I spend at the wheel the more I am loving it.

It took a while to get used to the steering, gear box and engine, very different to the TT I had previously and out of habit tried to drive the Zed in the same way.

Im going to give it a good clean and wax tomorrow then try to get some nice pics.

However, im sure you guys are sick of seeing white cars, with, yes you guessed it, red leather, lol! ;)

Also can anyone help me with DAB, the radio says no signal?

Looks fantastic! Down here in S Glos the DAB signal is pretty good, I just wish I had it on mine! But I believe coverage is still patchy nationwide. Go for a long drive just to find a signal :driving:

Congrats on the new car. DAB isn't something I've had an issue with reception wise. Get the dealer to check it.

Nice car still think white looks good , DAB works ok for me , im in hampshire , I would get dealer to check

Looks fantastic well done.

I had a few black spots with the DAB radio in the courtesy BMW I had recently (in Surrey), as long as you can grab reception in other areas you can be confident there isn't a fault.

Looks gorgeous bud.

Re: DAB. I had the same issue when I picked up my 3.0l Sdrive 3 years ago.

After making an appointment, I was on the way to my local BMW dealer and rang to confirm. Talking to the service guy he said that they have had issues trying to program DAB on a regular basis and that I should try somewhere other than my home address.

I pulled over in the next lay by, low and behold it picked up the signal.
Just try it now and then when your out and about.

Strangely my 2.0l M sport programmed with no issues on my drive.

Hope you enjoy the new car :driving:

I have a DAB radio in my Evoque and it's the first time I have tried one in a car. For reference I drove from near Birmingham all the away to Lands End the other week and never had it drop out once. Also drove to the Elan Valley and it only started to drop out near the dams, but it seemed to get a better signal for longer than the FM signal.

I agree with what was said. Try driving around and park up in different places to tune it in as once it locks onto a stations signal it seems to remember it wherever you are.

Thanks for the comments and advice :)

Iv managed to sort the DAB, just needed to press auto search and the station list started to appear, it did help going for a little drive ;)

I can't go out and check because SWMBO has the car, but I seem to recall there was a menu setting to turn DAB on and off.
